Business service
Inspired Shipping is supplied to organisations for order, product and shipping operations. Access requires an authorised customer account. The customer is responsible for its users, connected sales channels, carrier accounts, data quality and lawful processing instructions.
Connected services
Shopify, marketplaces and carriers are independent services. Their availability, permissions, pricing, service levels and terms remain their own. Customers authorise Inspired Shipping to exchange the data needed for the functions they configure.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful material, or ship prohibited goods. Carrier restrictions and applicable laws must be followed.
Fees and availability
Customers pay for the complete multichannel WMS service under their Inspired Shipping commercial agreement, independently of whether they connect Shopify. The Shopify integration has no separate charge. Service commitments and support levels are documented in the applicable commercial agreement.
Carrier postage, marketplace fees, taxes and other third-party charges are separate unless the written agreement expressly says otherwise. Roadmap material describes product direction and does not amend a customer agreement or guarantee a release date.
Published paid plans may be collected monthly or paid annually in advance. The published annual price includes the discount displayed when the plan is selected. The annual discount applies to the selected plan only; metered usage, support-managed integrations and additional shipments are excluded from that discount. A reduction, move back to monthly billing or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; unused prepaid time is not refunded unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Plan allowances are measured by successfully booked shipments. A new outbound, return or replacement shipment counts once. Importing or viewing an order does not consume the allowance, and reprinting the label for the same shipment does not count again. A shipment that is successfully voided may be credited where the service records the void.
Starter has a fixed monthly shipment limit. Paid plans continue to import orders and permit shipment processing when the included allowance is exceeded. Additional shipments are itemised at the rate attached to the customer’s plan and billed in arrears after the usage period closes.
Home Delivery is included in the Operations plan and is not a separately selectable module. Optional specialist integrations and professional services may be charged separately. Custom development may be commissioned on any paid plan, but it does not unlock features belonging to a higher plan. A requested service is not chargeable until activation or approved work is confirmed. Messaging credits and custom-development hours are charged from verified usage. Some specialist integrations are assigned and managed only by Inspired Shipping support after commercial agreement. Reductions take effect at the next billing date and do not create a refund for the current period.
Data, confidentiality and termination
Each party must protect confidential information. The customer retains rights in its data and grants the processing rights needed to provide the service. On termination, access ends and data is retained, returned or deleted according to the agreement, legal requirements and our privacy policy.
Liability and changes
Warranty, liability and governing-law terms are set out in the signed commercial agreement. These website terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change; the current version and update date will remain published here.
